Melamine foam is made of safe melamine resin foamed at high temperature to make bendable and flexible open foam. Its stable chemical structure and three-dimensional network cross-linking system give it unique chemical and physical stability. It will not be aged or decomposed in an alkaline environment, and there is no residual free formaldehyde, and its hygiene can meet the requirements of food hygiene.
In addition to excellent sound absorption, heat insulation, and fire resistance, melamine foam has the advantages of high flame retardancy, hygiene and safety compared with similar products such as glass wool and polyurethane foam.
Features

◆ Flame retardancy: Reach GB/T8624-2006 B grade, DIN5510 S4 grade, B56853, UL94 V-0 grade. Decompose and carbonize in case of open flame without producing droplets, and the smoke density is less than 15.
◆ Thermal stability: unique thermal stability and aging resistance. It can work under the working condition of -180℃--+200℃ for a long time.
◆ Hygiene and safety: Green, tasteless, and non-fibrotic.
◆ Good post-processing: it can be processed into sheets, special-shaped materials, hot-pressed and used in combination with a variety of materials to meet the needs of different places and working conditions.
◆ Light weight: light foam, 4-12 kg/cubic.
